Kelly-That is so awesome you are going to be in the Neuro ICU. My only advice is never trust your patients for a second...they are all crazy. For real, they dont know what the hell they are doing. So dont turn your back! Just kidding. It is a great place to work...we will have to keep each other up to date on what is new.
