Happy Birthday Steph!! Sorry can't make it out tonight bc I had to work last night and need to try to switch my sleep sched for tomm. I'm sure you guys will have an awesome time tonight!! And congrats on passing boards!!
Also..... I had my first patient actually die on me last night. It sucked!! He had GI bleeding that wasn't operable and he was draining at least a Liter of blood from his stomach every 10 mins. We gave him 27 units of blood, 20 FFP, 6 plasma, cryo and a bunch of other crap and it wouldn't stop!!!! So the fam decided to let him go. And that was just by 1 am. So needless to say I went out after work in the am to have a couple beers!!
