Sunday Funday...

So... my day started off watch St. Joan of Arc 3rd grade girls bball. Afterwards Bettlach and I are trying to figure out what to do... we say to each other, well we are both hungry so lets go get some lunch and a cocktail or two but nothing crazy because we are trying to save money and not be alcoholics and all. Cool. So we head up to Sportszone and get there about 2:30 pm. Had some lunch, a couple bloody marys and the next thing I know it is 8:30 pm. So after racing our waitress around the restaurant for an hour to get our bill (She SUCKED by the way) we decide to do what is in our best interest and head home. NOT REALLY. We go to Nicks. So we are at Nicks playing "pass the trash" this card game. The bartender comes up to our table and says, "you guys cannot play drinking games in here" I reply, "we are not playing a drinking game we are gambling" and he just walks away. So I am thinking, ok, no drinking games but gambling is fine. Not so much. Apparently you are not allowed to play any games at Nicks Pub. No cards, no dice, no quarters, NOTHING. We offered to put the money away and not gamble. Not good enough. The manager guy said no can do. No games. He was really nice about it but I was like fine, we will take our business elsewhere where we can continue to play "pass the trash". So we leave Nicks and go, where else, but my favorite establishment on Chippewa, Johnny Gittos. Who, needless to say did not care if we played "pass the trash" or honestly things much worse. At Gittos there was this group of nurses (I know because karoke Rick kept giving them shout outs) who all had these shirts that said "sunday funday" on them. And let me tell you, I have NEVER been more jealous and wishing my fellow mean girls were with me. After singing a little karoke, it was about 2 am and I was ready to head home when my FAVORITE song came on "September" and I knew my night was complete. Missed you all!
