my first code today. My patient however did not.
It was pretty crazy. She came in from another hospital and had no pulse so we started CPR immediately. We got her back but her pressure and pulse starting dropping again almost immediately and they did CPR two more times. Her son was in the room during the majority of the code. It was sad. While I did not contribute much to the saving of her life I did document the shit out of the code flow sheet. Word.
